118/365: A Royal Wedding Breakfast

Thirty years ago, Blythe and I watched a Royal Wedding together (well, not actually together--we were on the phone with each other while we watched from our own houses). So thirty years later, we ate breakfast (with our Royal hats) while watching Prince William marry Princess Kate. We loved it! Hope we get to watch another wedding in another thirty years.

Hit the trail for Elaine Huntsman's birthday. It was the nicest day of the week--supposed to be more bad weather for the rest of the week. It was nice to have some sun, though.

What does one do with leftover Easter candy? Why, one creates a resplendent meadow scene, of course!

113/365: He Is Risen!

Mary Lee, our illustrious Primary president has done it again. She had an Easter pagent. The children were told the story of Easter and then shown this tomb, with the stone rolled away and that Jesus was not there for He had risen. "Go quickly and tell his disciples that He is risen from the dead". The Primary children then came into Relief Society, Priestood, Young Men and Young Women--telling us "disciples" what they had seen. It was very powerful and a beautiful way to celebrate this Holy Day.
